Minimum Requirements: Education: Grade 12 / Matric (N3 Certificate advantageous). Qualification: Trade Test Certificate (Qualified Motor Mechanic petrol/diesel). Experience: Minimum of 3 years post-qualification experience in vehicle diagnostics, repairs, and servicing. Drivers Licence: Valid Code 8/10 drivers licence. Skills & Competencies: Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and electronic vehicle systems. Ability to use diagnostic tools and workshop equipment. Good problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. Attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Good communication and customer service skills. Time management and ability to work under pressure. Key Responsibilities: Conduct routine maintenance services (oil changes, brake checks, tyre rotations, etc.). Diagnose mechanical and electrical faults using diagnostic equipment. Repair or replace damaged parts, including engines, transmissions, brakes, suspension, and electrical systems. Test vehicles before and after repair to ensure functionality and safety. Maintain accurate job cards, repair records, and service logs. Provide technical advice and recommendations to customers and management. Adhere to health, safety, and environmental regulations in the workshop. Keep up to date with new vehicle technology, repair methods, and industry standards. How to Apply:
