Job Description
Duties:
- Partner with business units to provide financial insights, analysis, and recommendations
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning processes
- Monitor operational performance and identify opportunities for efficiency and growth
- Prepare management reports and present actionable insights to senior management
- Provide financial input on strategic initiatives, projects, and decision-making
- Ensure compliance with internal controls, regulatory requirements, and reporting standards
Education and experience:
- BCom Accounting degree
- At least 5 years experience in a similiar role
- Experience in short-term insurance
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Exposure to both operational and strategic finance functions
