About the Role
As a Sales Advisor at Lewis Stores (PTY) Ltd, you will be responsible for driving sales and providing exceptional customer service to our valued clients in Cape Town. Your primary goal is to understand our products and services, interact with customers, and offer guidance to help them make informed purchasing decisions.
Key Responsibilities
- Achieve sales targets within a given schedule
- Interact with customers to provide product information and build relationships
- Assist customers with purchases, answering questions and addressing concerns
- Maintain in-depth product knowledge to support sales efforts
- Accompany customers to the cash desk and establish needs for future business
- Make appointments with customers to see them at their home or visit them after hours as needed
- Attend training sessions on selling skills and sales techniques to improve performance
Requirements
- Matric (high school diploma)
- Basic English proficiency
- Ability to live within 15km of the job location
- Clear criminal record
