As Sales Executive, you will own the full sales cycle from prospecting and first engagement through to negotiation, closing and ongoing account development. You will work closely with internal teams to tailor solutions, prepare proposals, and ensure a smooth handover into delivery. The role combines strategic hunting with hands-on execution and requires someone who is as comfortable on the phone and in client meetings as they are working with CRM data and reporting.

What Youll Do

Identify, research and qualify new business opportunities in defined target markets

Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure and handover

Build, maintain and deepen relationships with key decision-makers and influencers

Conduct client meetings, presentations and product/solution demonstrations

Prepare proposals, quotations and presentations aligned to client needs and budgets

Negotiate pricing, terms and contracts within agreed commercial parameters

Maintain accurate, up-to-date records of all activity, pipeline and forecasts in the CRM

Collaborate with internal operations, technical and service teams to ensure delivery meets client expectations

Monitor market trends, competitor activity and client feedback to inform sales strategy
What You Bring

Proven experience in a target-driven Sales Executive / Business Development role, ideally in B2B solutions or services

Strong track record of consistently meeting or exceeding new business and revenue targets

Confident communicator with the ability to engage at senior and executive level

Solid negotiation, closing and objection-handling skills

Comfortable managing the full sales process, including prospecting and self-generated leads

Commercially astute with the ability to understand client needs and design value-adding solutions

Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple opportunities and priorities

Proficiency working with CRM systems, sales reporting and MS Office

Valid drivers licence and willingness to travel to clients as required
