About the Role
Hire Resolve, a global freight forwarding logistics company, is seeking an experienced Cloud and Identity Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for building, securing, and maintaining cloud and identity platforms across a global enterprise environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Configure, deploy, and manage Azure services (VMs, App Services, SQL, Storage, Key Vaults, Front Door, API Management).
- Support network integrations including Azure Virtual WAN, ExpressRoute, and Palo Alto Cloud NGFW.
- Implement infrastructure changes via CI/CD pipelines (e.g., GitLab, Terraform, ARM, Bicep).
- Manage backup, recovery, and business continuity for Azure workloads.
- Troubleshoot and resolve Azure infrastructure incidents.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of hands-on experience with Microsoft cloud and identity technologies.
- Solid working knowledge of Azure, Microsoft Entra ID, and Active Directory.
- Experience supporting Exchange Online, on-premises Exchange, and mail routing.
- Familiarity with DNS, SSL certificate management, and hybrid identity scenarios.
- Proficiency in scripting (PowerShell or Python preferred).
- Comfortable supporting CI/CD workflows.
Qualifications
- BSc IT, BTech, or equivalent degree.
- Understanding of SQL Databases.
- Exposure to Silverfort, CoreView, AvePoint, or Palo Alto Cloud NGFW.
- Understanding of GDPR / ISO27001 / POPIA.
