Job Description
About the Role
We are seeking an experienced IT Technician to join our team in East London. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of computer hardware, software, and peripherals, as well as excellent communication skills for working with new users.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform onsite and remote technical support for employees
- Set up and maintain office networks and printers
- Conduct regular backups and data recovery
- Assist with server maintenance and WAN/LAN support
Requirements
- Grade 12 IT related qualification (A/N)
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in a technical role
- Experience with computer hardware, software, peripherals
- Valid driver’s licence and own car
- Experience with networking and office setups for new users, server maintenance, WAN/LAN support, including printers, scanners, IP devices
