About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Payroll Officer to join our client’s 5* boutique hotel in Franschhoek. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the payroll function single-handedly, utilizing their advanced knowledge of Sage 300 and MS Office. With a strong background in HR and excellent communication skills, this role offers the perfect opportunity for a motivated individual to take on new challenges.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage payroll processes and ensure accurate financial records
- Process employee salaries and benefits within the designated timeframe
- Utilize Sage 300 and MS Office to perform payroll functions

Requirements
- Relevant qualification in Payroll or a related field
- 5 years’ experience in payroll administration
- Advanced knowledge of Sage 300 and MS Office
- Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively
- Good communication and interpersonal skills

- Bachelor’s degree in Payroll, Accounting, or a related field
