About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Rentals Maintenance Supervisor to join our team in Port Elizabeth. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance and repair of rental properties, ensuring that they are safely and efficiently maintained. Key Responsibilities
- Manage projects related to rental property maintenance
- Conduct routine inspections to identify maintenance needs
- Supervise and coordinate the work of maintenance staff
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities
Requirements
- Matric or Equivalent Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience in Rentals Maintenance
- Plumbing experience
- Electrical experience
- Prefab / Modular building or similar experience
- Staff Co Ordinating experience
- Manufacturing and Maintenance experience
- Knowledge of OHSM
- Computer literate
- Valid drivers license
