Our client is a leading distributor of world-class HVAC and refrigeration products across the South African market. They supply advanced cooling solutions, partner with top global brands, and support contractors, consultants, and commercial end users with both product expertise and technical knowledge. They are expanding their Western Cape footprint and require a senior industry professional to drive this strategy. The role is suited to a highly experienced HVAC sales professional with deep relationships across contractors, consultants, Developers, and key commercial clients. You will drive new business, develop high-value accounts, influence specifications, and promote a premium portfolio of HVAC and refrigeration solutions. You will work closely with internal technical teams and play a strategic role in growing market share in the region. Job Experience and Skills Required: Drive sales of HVAC and refrigeration products across the Western Cape, focusing on commercial and industrial customers. Leverage an established industry network to secure new business and strengthen key accounts. Influence specifications by engaging with consultants, Developers, and major contractors. Present product solutions, prepare technical quotations, and support applications with strong technical understanding. Monitor regional trends, identify growth opportunities, and support sales strategy execution. Represent the brand professionally, ensuring excellent customer service and technical support at all stages of the sales cycle. Apply now!
