Job Description

Maintenance Planning & Admin Capture breakdowns, repairs, and maintain accurate equipment histories Create, issue, and close work orders per maintenance schedules File and control job cards and maintenance documentation Procurement & Inventory Obtain quotations and raise purchase requisitions Manage spares, consumables, and material inventory levels Coordinate delivery and distribution of parts to prevent downtime Production & Scheduling Distribute maintenance plans, work orders, and production schedules Review labour and material requirements Record and report production and material usage data Coordination, Reporting & Compliance Liaise with site teams, vendors, and contractors Compile and distribute maintenance and production reports Ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental standards Perform additional duties as required by management MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS Proven experience in a planning, clerical, or maintenance administration role within a mining or processing plant environment Experience working with maintenance management systems (CMMS) Strong understanding of maintenance workflows, work orders, and inventory control Computer literate (MS Excel, Word, and maintenance systems) Strong attention to detail and organisational skills Ability to work in a high-pressure, operational mining environment PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES Highly motivated, honest, and reliable Strong communication and coordination skills Proactive and detail-driven Able to work independently in an expat environment
