Job Description

A leading industrial company is seeking an experienced Refinery Plant & Operations Manager with strong operational, safety, and team leadership capabilities to ensure efficient, compliant, and high-quality refinery output. Responsibilities: Oversee daily refinery operations, ensuring production targets, quality standards, and timelines are met. Maintain full compliance with environmental, health, and safety regulations and manage SHEQ systems. Lead and develop refinery staff, fostering a high-performance and safety-focused culture. Implement preventative and corrective maintenance plans to ensure equipment reliability. Manage production scheduling and coordinate with procurement, sales, and dispatch. Oversee stock levels, monthly inventories, and material procurement. Drive continuous improvement and ensure products meet required quality specifications. Track and control production, maintenance, and energy costs while monitoring key KPIs. Requirements: Degree in Chemical, Mechanical, or Process Engineering (preferred). Minimum 10 years experience in refinery or petrochemical operations. Strong leadership, decision-making, and communication skills. Proficiency in ERP systems, Microsoft Office, and exposure to SCADA/PLC systems. Solid understanding of ISO standards, safety protocols, and refinery equipment operation. Benefits Salary: negotiable.
