KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Statutory & CIPC Compliance – Managing all CIPC filings, including: Annual returns Beneficial ownership registers Director amendments MOI amendments Company registrations and deregistrations Company Records & Governance – Maintaining statutory records, securities registers, and company information on GreatSoft – Preparing share certificates and share transfer documentation – Maintaining and updating group structure charts Regulatory Compliance – Managing and maintaining FICA, KYC, and AML compliance records – Ensuring all company, trust, director, and beneficial ownership information is accurate and up to date Administrative & Legal Support – Coordinating the signing of company documents – Assisting with secretarial audits – Supporting legal advisors with drafting resolutions, correspondence, and related documentation – General administrative and filing duties TO APPLY If your background matches the above requirements and you would like to apply or receive more information, please: – Click on the “Apply” button, or
