About the Role
Isilumko Staffing is seeking an experienced Operations Co-ordinator to join our team in Cape Town. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of our services, providing exceptional support to clinicians and clients alike.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure Clinician cases are complete and ready for assignment
- Allocate cases efficiently to meet service-level expectations
- Facilitate timely report delivery to clients
- Act as first-line support for client queries and inbound calls
- Liaise directly with Clinicians
- Support clinical governance activities
- Assist with workflow queries and communication of critical alerts
- Type and format Clinician reports with precision
Requirements
- Experience as a medical receptionist
- Computer Literate
- Strong organisational, time management and communication skills
- Ability to work onsite in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- High attention to detail with strong problem-solving ability
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Healthcare experience advantageous
Qualifications
- Formal education/certifications (if applicable)
