About the Role
We are seeking a confident and self-driven Group Sales Representative to join our growing team of B2B sales executives in Johannesburg. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for prospecting and generating new business opportunities, building strong relationships with clients, and driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Prospect and generate new business opportunities independently
- Source and contact potential clients (cold calling networking)
- Arrange meetings, present tailored solutions, and close deals
- Build strong, long-term relationships with business clients
- Hit and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets
- Spend most of your time out in the field
Requirements
- Proven external/B2B sales or business development experience (this is non-negotiable)
- A track record of generating your own leads and appointments
- Confident communicator who enjoys influencing and building trust
- Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable working independently
- Valid driver’s license
- Professional appearance
