About the Role
Kendrick Recruitment is currently seeking a skilled and charismatic Bartender for a luxury hotel in Cape Town. This is a fantastic opportunity for a service-driven individual with a passion for mixology and guest engagement to join a high-end hospitality team.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a wide range of cocktails, beverages, and signature drinks
- Deliver exceptional, engaging service to guests at all times
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area
- Manage stock levels and assist with inventory control
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Bartender in a luxury hotel or upscale bar environment
- Strong knowledge of cocktails, spirits, and mixology techniques
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Well-presented with a friendly and professional manner
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
