About the Role
We are seeking an ambitious Sales Manager to join our 5-star hotel team in Cape Town City Bowl. The successful candidate will drive revenue growth across MICE, leisure and corporate segments, leveraging their strong network of contacts in local and international markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue growth targets
- Build and maintain relationships with key clients and industry partners
- Negotiate contracts and manage client accounts
- Collaborate with internal teams to drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction
Requirements
- Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in hotel sales, with proven success in MICE, leisure and corporate segments
- Strong network of contacts in the local and international market
- Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills
- Goal-driven, self-motivated and able to work independently and as part of a team
