About the Role
The Chief Information Officer (CIO) will lead the formulation and execution of the RSA Digital and IT strategy, ensuring alignment across the Group’s overall digital objectives. The successful candidate will drive the implementation of the Digital and IT Target Operating Model (TOM) to streamline processes, optimize resource allocation, and strengthen strong ways of working.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the formulation and execution of the RSA Digital and IT strategy
- Ensure alignment across the Groups overall digital objectives
- Deploy consistent, standardized digital solutions across the platform
- Oversee the integration of global Group transformation projects such as GET and GDIT common services
- Develop local solutions where harmonization is not possible due to geographical specificities
- Drive the implementation of the Digital and IT TOM to streamline processes and optimize resource allocation
- Establish a strong and sustainable network of external and internal alliances
- Support GBUs locally on their business scope and transformation
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Data Science, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred
- 8-10 years of leadership experience in IT strategy, digital transformation, and operational excellence within a multinational environment
- Strong experience in data strategy, AI, and future technology implementation
- Strong business acumen and is a strategic business partner in large, complex organizations
