About the Role
Masterparts, a leading automotive spares wholesaler and retailer, is seeking an experienced Parts Salesperson to join our team in Boksburg. We’re passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and are looking for someone who shares our enthusiasm for the automotive industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional service to both wholesale and retail customers in the automotive aftermarket
- Build lasting relationships with clients through strong communication skills and product knowledge
- Handle sales transactions, process orders, and resolve customer queries
- Maintain a thorough understanding of Masterparts’ products and services
- Work effectively as part of a team to achieve sales targets
Requirements
- 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience in an automotive spare parts counter or phone sales environment
- Good automotive aftermarket product knowledge
- Technical or Mechanical Automotive knowledge is beneficial
- Great customer service skills and approach
- Good conflict resolution ability
- Competent in Sales
- Excellent telephone etiquette
- Proficient in using modern computerised systems
