About the Role
The Support Engineer role is a critical component of our IT team, responsible for providing technical support to users and troubleshooting problems related to various systems and infrastructure. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, problem-solving abilities, and excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Installing, configuring, and maintaining hardware, software, and network systems.
- Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues reported by users.

- Documenting technical support activities and maintaining records.

- Strong understanding of Windows and Linux operating systems.
- Familiarity with network systems, VMWare environment, 365 Administration, Microsoft Intune, Microsoft Azure as well as Hyper-V.
