About the Role
A well-established resort in the Underberg area is seeking a friendly, professional, and motivated Reception Team Member to join their team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service and ensuring a seamless experience for visitors.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet guests upon arrival and provide them with essential information about the resort
- Manage front desk operations, including check-ins, check-outs, and room assignments
- Process payments, handle cash transactions, and maintain accurate records
- Respond to guest inquiries and resolve any issues in a professional manner
- Maintain the reception area, ensuring it is clean, organized, and presentable
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years’ experience working in a large busy hotel or resort
- Apex and Pluspoint experience essential
- Fluent in English
- Strong guest service and communication skills
