About the Role
Bianca Consulting, a prestigious fine dining restaurant group based in Sandton, is seeking an experienced and commercially strong Group Food & Beverage Manager to join their team. This role is ideal for a high-level hospitality professional with a strong operational and financial background who excels in a luxury dining environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee all food and beverage operations across the group
- Drive profitability and operational efficiency
- Manage budgets, stock control, costing, and financial reporting
- Ensure exceptional guest experience and service standards
- Lead, mentor, and develop management teams
- Implement and maintain SOPs and operational systems
- Work closely with senior management on strategic operational goals
Requirements
Proven experience within fine dining or luxury hospitality
Strong leadership and multi-unit operational management experience
Non-negotiable: Must be highly proficient on GAAP and Pilot
Strong financial acumen with experience in budgeting, stock costing, food and beverage cost control, GP management, and reporting
Excellent understanding of service standards and guest experience
Ability to manage and lead large teams across multiple outlets
Strong organisational and communication skills
Stable career history within reputable establishments
