About the Role

We are seeking a Fullstack Software Engineer to join our team in Cape Town City Centre, working on world-class UI applications powering complex data-driven systems used at scale. As a key member of our engineering team, you will design, build, and deliver high-quality software from kickoff to production in a fast-moving agile environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, build, and deliver high-quality software from kickoff to production
  • Collaborate with experienced engineers and influence UX decisions
  • Contribute to architectures built for performance, resilience, and long-term evolution
  • Develop and maintain automated testing and CI processes as part of daily training camp
  • Deliver software that can handle match-day scale, concurrency, and performance pressure

Requirements

  • Proven match-day experience delivering full-stack UI solutions that perform under real-world pressure
  • Fan-first UX mindset, turning complex user requirements into intuitive interfaces
  • Experience building the squad from day one, designing modern UI foundations from scratch
  • Comfortable performing at World Cup pace with automated testing and CI as part of daily routine
  • Strong ownership mentality, taking products from kickoff to full-time build, deploy, support, and continuous improvement

Qualifications

  • BSc in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience
  • OR
  • BEng (with Computer Science subjects to final year)
