About the Role
We are seeking a Junior Digital Marketer to join our team in Midrand, South Africa. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for creating and executing digital marketing campaigns across various platforms. If you have a passion for social media management, video editing, and data analysis, we want to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and execute digital marketing campaigns on social media, email, and search engines
- Manage and maintain company accounts on TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook
- Analyse campaign performance metrics and optimize strategies to achieve maximum results
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities
- Develop content tailored to the South African market
- Ensure messaging aligns with local culture and audience preferences
- Communicate effectively in English (additional local languages advantageous)
Requirements

- Proven experience in social media management (TikTok, Instagram, Facebook)
- Basic video filming and editing skills (e.g. CapCut, InShot, or similar tools)
- Expertise in social media management, SEO/SEM, and email marketing
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in digital marketing analytical tools
