Pretoria: CRM Consultant

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled CRM Consultant to join our team in Pretoria. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for providing expert advice and support to our pharmacy clients, utilizing your strong analytical skills and experience with CRM systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain a healthy Pharmacy Health Score across all allocated pharmacies
  • Record, monitor, and address all pharmacy-related queries within a 24-hour turnaround time
  • Perform pharmacy setup validations to support effective on-boarding and day-to-day operations
  • Manage pharmacy-related data, reporting, and analytical activities
  • Coordinate introductions and on-boarding processes for new pharmacy partners
  • Manage and support the full Pharmacy Journey lifecycle
  • Conduct two monthly engagement sessions with assigned pharmacies, including Operational and Owner meetings
  • Track data feeds and monitor activation performance metrics
  • Create and distribute campaign recommendations aimed at improving engagement and performance
  • Ensure compliance with consent management processes and data governance requirements
  • Provide consistent, accurate reporting and feedback to management
  • Establish and maintain strong, long-term relationships with pharmacy clients

Requirements

  • Grade 12 Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Strong working knowledge of Excel (data analysis, reporting, dashboards preferred)
  • Professional telephone manner with confidence in client interaction
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and present data clearly and effectively
  • Ability to effectively manage multiple clients, tasks, and competing priorities simultaneously
  • Strong administrative, organisational, and attention-to-detail skills
  • Strong problem-solving capabilities with a customer-focused approach
  • Experience with CRM systems
