About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Dealer Principal to join our Corporate Dealer Group in Johannesburg. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the Motor Industry, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to work effectively in a corporate environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage dealer principal operations to achieve sales targets and improve customer satisfaction
- Develop and implement strategies to increase brand awareness and drive sales growth
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize asset and stock controlling processes
- Foster strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Requirements
- At least 5 years of Dealer Principal experience within the Motor Industry
- Grade 12 Qualification essential
- Valid Drivers License essential
- Degree in Business Management or Marketing Management advantageous

Salary & Benefits
