About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Office Manager to join our team at Career Pathfinders in Hoedspruit. As a key member of our conservation organisation, you will play a crucial role in supporting the implementation of operational goals across our properties and programs. Key Responsibilities

  • Support the implementation of operational goals within various properties and programs
  • Foster the ethos of the Trust while building and collaborating with staff to assist in achieving organisational objectives
  • Work in cooperation with other managers and departments within the Trust
  • Manage team relations with passion, foresight, and excellent communication
  • Provide logistical planning and meticulous administrative support

Requirements

  • Grade 12 with a University Degree in a relevant field of study
  • 5-10 years of Management experience, with proven track record and references
  • Background experience in Accounting or Bookkeeping and Operations is advantageous
  • Computer literate – MS Office (especially Excel), with experience in Xero beneficial
