An excellent opportunity for a driven and highly organised Sales / Administration Assistant is available at a dynamic renewable energy company in Hoedspruit. This role supports both sales and administrative functions and is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys variety, and takes initiative to ensure operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide full administrative support to management
- Monitor calendars, schedules, and internal trackers
- Maintain accurate filing systems and business records
- Ensure documentation is updated, organised, and accessible
- Assist with sales-related administrative tasks
- Support business development initiatives and reporting
- Follow up with Head Office teams in Johannesburg
- Assist in maintaining client and project records
Requirements
- Bilingual (essential)
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel
