About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Labour Relations / IR Consultant to join our team based in Diep River, Cape Town. As a confident and commercially aware IR professional with strong Labour Relations experience, you will play a key role in providing expert advice on labour relations matters across multiple industries.

Key Responsibilities

  • Labour Relations advisory across multiple industries
  • Chairing disciplinary hearings and grievance procedures
  • CCMA and Bargaining Council representation
  • Conciliations and arbitrations
  • Drafting employment contracts, policies, and procedures
  • Compliance audits and IR risk mitigation
  • Client stakeholder engagement and support
  • IR training and workshops

Requirements

  • Degree in HR, Industrial Psychology, LLB, or related qualification
  • Minimum 3 years Labour Relations / IR experience
  • Proven experience in:
  • CCMA representation
  • Bargaining Councils
  • Disciplinary hearings
  • Labour legislation advisory
  • Drafting policies and employment contracts
