About the Role
The HR Business Partner (HRBP) Foundry Operations plays a critical role in supporting plant management with operational HR support and a strong focus on Industrial and Employee Relations. This position requires an execution-focused, plant-based professional who can work closely with line management to ensure effective workforce management, sound labour relations practices, compliance with MEIBC Main Agreement provisions, and accurate HR reporting.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Human Resources / Labour Relations or related field
- Minimum 5 years HR experience in a manufacturing or heavy industrial environment / foundry or metals industry preferred
- Proven experience managing multiple unions within a single plant
- Strong practical knowledge of the MEIBC Main Agreement
- Experience representing the employer at CCMA or Bargaining Council
- Proven experience managing shopfloor recruitment processes
- Sound knowledge of South African labour legislation (LRA, BCEA, EEA)
