Pretoria: HR PRACTITIONER (GENERALIST) – 6 MONTH FIXED-TERM CONTRACT

About the Role

Our client, a well-established organisation based in Pretoria, is seeking to appoint an experienced HR Practitioner on a 6-month fixed-term contract to provide comprehensive HR generalist support across the business. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality HR services to ensure the smooth operation of the organisation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Payroll administration (fully in-sourced environment)
  • Recruitment and selection
  • Employment Equity administration and submissions
  • WSP & ATR submissions
  • HR compliance and audit submissions
  • HR policy and SOP development and implementation
  • Labour relations, grievances, disputes and disciplinary matters
  • Performance management
  • Training and skills development
  • HR administration and reporting

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management or related field
  • Minimum 8 years’ experience in a generalist HR role
  • Proven experience with:
  • HR compliance and audits
  • EE submissions
  • WSP & ATR submissions
  • Policy and SOP development
  • Payroll administration in a fully in-sourced payroll environment

Qualifications

  • Postgraduate HR qualification (advantageous)
  • SDF Certification (advantageous)
