About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Centurion: GRV Clerk to join our team, responsible for ensuring seamless receipt and processing of goods.

Key Responsibilities

  • Capture and process Goods Received Vouchers (GRVs) accurately and timeously
  • Verify incoming stock against purchase orders and delivery notes
  • Report discrepancies, damages, or shortages to management
  • Create credit notes and follow up on goods returned and credit notes from suppliers
  • Ensure all supporting documentation is complete and properly filed
  • Work closely with the warehouse and procurement teams
  • Maintain accurate stock records and assist with stock counts

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a GRV / receiving / admin role preferred
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Computer literate (Microsoft Office)
  • Experience using an accounting system (Sage 300 (Accpac) an advantage)
