About the Role
A well-established manufacturing operation in Isithebe is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Invoicing Clerk to join their team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has strong administrative, invoicing, and stock-related experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Process invoicing for all daily loads dispatched from the factory
- Perform stock manufacturing transactions on Sage/Pastel
- Generate transporter trip sheets and courier tracking labels
- Capture daily material usage and scrap across departments
- Manage warehouse transfers and gate passes
- Maintain and update POD control records daily
- Reconcile invoicing, including previous day loads and order vs delivery balances
- Submit picking slips and trip sheets to accounts daily
- Assist with stock takes and audit capturing
- Support warehouse controllers with system-related queries
- Compile and distribute Certificates of Conformance (COCs)
- Complete cross-border documentation (SAD500 forms)
Requirements
- Matric (Grade 12)
- Relevant invoicing or accounting qualification (advantageous)
- Minimum 5 years experience in a similar role
- Working knowledge of Pastel/Sage
