Job Description
- Developing and managing customer relationships across Africa and international markets
Providing technical geological and product support to customers - Identifying new business opportunities and following up on sales leads
- Preparing quotations, processing orders, and coordinating packaging and shipping
- Conducting customer visits and promoting the company brand professionally
- Monitoring market activity and commodity trends
Achieving monthly sales targets and contributing to sales forecasting - Maintaining accurate sales records and reporting
- BSc Degree with majors in Geology and/or Chemistry
- 3–5 years’ experience in a technical sales environment
- Strong understanding of the mining, exploration, or laboratory industry
- Intermediate MS Office skills
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within Africa
- Charismatic, driven, and target-oriented
- Professional and service-focused
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- A confident communicator with strong business networking skills
- Innovative, agile, and solutions-driven
- Able to build trust and maintain long-term client relationships
- Passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences
