About the Role

We are seeking a driven Sales Executive to lead corporate, leisure, conferencing, and incentive revenue growth across our coastal and mountain properties. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business development, conversion excellence, and pipeline management to achieve exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Achieve budgeted room night and conferencing targets
  • Drive corporate, leisure, incentive, and group revenue
  • Develop and manage top account programme with measurable targets
  • Conduct site inspections and professional client engagements
  • Maintain CRM accuracy (Salesforce) and pipeline discipline
  • Proactively secure new business via trade shows, networking, and market research
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and TMC channels

Requirements

  • 2–4 years’ hotel sales experience, ideally in corporate and conferencing segments
  • Target-driven, commercially disciplined, and CRM-focused
  • Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills
  • Understanding of incentive and leisure markets advantageous

Qualifications

  • Formal education/certifications (Bachelor’s, LLB, Matric, etc.)
