About the Role
We are seeking exceptional culinary leaders to join our team of modern luxury restaurants and hotels in Cape Town. As a key member of our kitchen brigade, you will be responsible for delivering precision-driven service with pride. Key Responsibilities
- Lead or support daily kitchen operations with structure and precision
- Execute menus to exact brand standards, ensuring consistency every service
- Mentor and guide your brigade to perform with confidence and professionalism
- Work closely with FOH to deliver seamless, elevated guest experiences
- Maintain exceptional hygiene, organisation, and operational discipline
- Manage stock, food cost, and kitchen efficiency responsibly
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a luxury or high-end kitchen
- Strong leadership and the ability to run a calm, focused brigade
