About the Role

The President Hotel is seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Hotel Ac Technician to join our Maintenance team. As part of our journey toward luxury, we require a dedicated individual who can support the comfort and well-being of our guests while working with state-of-the-art HVAC systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with inspections, servicing, and repairs of air conditioning and ventilation systems across guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces.
  • Preventive Maintenance Support the implementation of scheduled maintenance to minimise system downtime and ensure optimal performance.
  • Fault-Finding & Repairs Assist senior technicians in diagnosing and resolving HVAC-related issues efficiently and safely.
  • Compliance & Safety Follow all health, safety, and hotel compliance standards while maintaining proper lock-out procedures and safe working practices.
  • Operational & Event Support Provide HVAC support for conferences, events, and peak operational periods to ensure uninterrupted guest comfort.
  • Record Keeping Update maintenance logs and ensure accurate reporting of completed work and outstanding tasks.

Requirements

  • Relevant qualification or certification in Air Conditioning / Refrigeration
  • Minimum 1–2 years’ practical experience working with HVAC systems
  • Experience within a hotel, hospital, retail, or large commercial property environment advantageous
