About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Immigration Manager to lead our Solutions & Mobility team in Randburg, South Africa. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in immigration law and a proven track record of building and maintaining international networks. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and developing innovative solutions to meet the needs of our clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive immigration strategies across EOR environments
- Build and maintain strong relationships with international partners to expand our network
- Ensure seamless system integration and adaptation to optimize business processes
- Provide expert advice on immigration documentation, visas, and government regulations
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to drive business growth and development
Requirements
- Minimum 10 years of experience in immigration law, business development, and solution implementation in an EOR environment
- Existing international network of partners (desirable)
- Strong system integration abilities and adaptation skills
- Proficiency in MS Office applications
- International experience and exposure in a similar role are mandatory
Qualifications
- Formal education in Law or a related field is required
