About the Role
As a Pre Sales Engineer at Rizali Staffing Solutions, you will be responsible for supporting the business development and bid teams while also understanding client needs to design technical solutions. This role requires strong technical expertise and excellent communication skills to engage with clients, conduct product demonstrations, and prepare technical proposals.
Key Responsibilities
- Compile quotations, tenders, and solutions by required due dates
- Engage with potential and existing clients to service and understand their business and technical requirements
- Participate in the design and functional requirements of technical solutions that align with client needs
- Conduct product demonstrations, proof-of-concepts, and present company solutions at workshops and seminars
- Prepare technical proposals, solution designs, and create pricing models and technical documentation for RFI/RFP submissions
- Act as a technical subject matter expert during the sales cycle while engaging with engineering and technical teams
- Identify and solve technical challenges to address client needs and architect solutions for customers
- Provide continuous feedback to customers regarding the progress of orders
- Develop and maintain good customer relationships for future growth
- Use various sales tools (CRM, ERP, etc.)
- Interface with the Company’s engineering departments regarding customer requirements and specifications
- Support development of sales and marketing material
