About the Role

The Risk Administrator will be responsible for managing and overseeing risk administration at Steelpoort, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities

• Complete Vehicle Assessment Book in trucks & trailers at the workshop
• Complete Inspection List
• Take photos of damages on vehicles
• Update “Group Risk Sheet” daily/monthly
• Gather information/documentations
• Obtain costs with assistance from workshop
• Submit for AOD/get purchase order & invoice
• Manage incidents/accidents/abuse
• Assistance with insurance claim documentation
• Oversee fines administration
• Reporting to Head Office
• Oversee Risk Admin or other Company Depots
• Assist with Driver Statements
• Report on monthly statistics

Requirements

• Matric
• Computer Literate
• Excel is compulsory
• Ability to work under pressure without constant supervision
• Own transport
