About the Role
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Voice Picker to join our team at Kuilstiver. As a Voice Picker, you will be responsible for receiving and following picking instructions via voice picking (Talkman) system, ensuring high levels of picking accuracy at all times.
Key Responsibilities
- Accurately receive and follow picking instructions via voice picking (Talkman) system
- Select correct SKUs according to system-generated instructions
- Ensure high levels of picking accuracy at all times
- Report empty locations or stock shortages to Supervisor or Team Leader
- Select appropriate cartons to prevent stock damage
- Ensure all cartons comply with packaging standards
- Request or select new cartons as required
- Load completed cartons onto the distribution belt for sealing
Requirements
- Minimum Grade 10
- Previous voice picking (Talkman) experience
- Previous warehouse, picking, or distribution experience required
