About the Role
RedCat Recruitment is seeking an experienced Junior Human Resources Manager for a large, well-established concern based along the outskirts of Pietermaritzburg, KwaZulu-Natal. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing various aspects of human resources, including discipline, training, talent, and performance management, as well as recruiting.
Key Responsibilities
- Reconcile budgetary purposes
- Salary processing experience
- Leading (project) teams
- Knowledge of human resources processes and HRIS/payroll platforms
- Administering accurate information and ensuring its correctness and updates due to the legal nature of the department
- Discipline, training, talent, and performance management
Requirements
- Human resources degree or diploma
- Valid Code 08 drivers license / own reliable vehicle
- Competent computer skills (MS Office, Email / Internet)
- Advanced Knowledge of MS Word / Excel
- Working knowledge of Sage Payroll System and VIP Personnel Payroll system
- 5 years previous human resources management experience
- Previous working experience of current labour legislation, skills development, employment equity, and BEE legislation
Qualifications
- Formal education/certifications (if applicable)
