Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Online Administrator to oversee the administrative aspects of our online booking platforms. You will be responsible for ensuring our online booking tools (OBT) are fully optimised, managing user profiles, and providing support to both corporate clients and internal travel consultants. Key Responsibilities: -System Administration -Booking & Documentation -Supplier Liaison -Training: Develop training modules and conduct online classes or webinars Skills and Qualifications: -Grade 12 -Experience in Tourism and Hospitality will be an advantage. -Strong ability to analyze process flows and client requirements to optimize automation. -Excellent verbal and written skills -Attention to Detail
