Job Description
As a Quantity Surveyor, you will be responsible for managing costs, preparing estimates, analyzing contracts, and providing accurate quantity calculations. You will collaborate with project teams, contractors, and clients to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of construction contracts, possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying or related field
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a Quantity Surveyor
- Proficiency in cost estimating software and tools
- Knowledge of construction contracts and regulations
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
