Candidate Requirements:
- FGASA Level 2 or higher (or equivalent guiding qualification)
- ARH and valid PDP
- Valid First Aid certificate
- Minimum 5 years guiding experience, ideally in Big 5 territory
- Trackers and trailing skills highly valued (Trailing Level 2 or higher preferred)
- Strong hosting and guest engagement skills, especially with international clientele
- Experience in luxury lodge operations and guiding in high-end environments
- Deep understanding of ecology, conservation, and wildlife behavior
- Ability to interpret and share knowledge in an engaging, guest-appropriate way
- Comfortable leading bush walks, game drives, and specialist experiences
- Skilled in guest safety, vehicle maintenance, and equipment care
- Strong communication, team collaboration, and problem-solving abilities
