About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Inventory Controller to join our Luxury Lodge in Skukuza, Mpumalanga, where you will be responsible for managing and controlling inventory across multiple departments, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and audit-ready reporting.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and control inventory across F&B, Housekeeping, Spa, Retail, and OE departments
• Ensure accurate and compliant stock levels through regular counts and reconciliations
• Investigate variances and compile month-end reports for senior management
• Lead stock counts and manage GRNs, transfers, wastage, and reconciliations
• Collaborate with HODs and Finance to ensure SOP compliance and internal controls
• Analyze sales vs consumption data in high-risk areas

Requirements

• 2–4 years’ experience in a similar Inventory Controller role within hospitality
• Strong understanding of stock control across multiple departments
• Experience with MyStock, MyInventory, or POS systems (TallOrder or similar)
