We’re looking for a Technology Platform Lead who can command complex Global Markets environments, elevate engineering standards, and run mission-critical Finance & Risk platforms with authority.
This is for someone who knows the landscape, understands the trade lifecycle cold, and can guide teams through high-pressure delivery without flinching.
What You Bring:
- 10+ years in senior technical and management roles within Global Markets or similar high-stakes environments
- 5+ years leading people and building high-performance teams
- Deep mastery of the full software delivery lifecycle
- Strong architectural, integration, data warehousing, and API expertise
- Proven experience across the trading lifecycle, asset classes, risk, and regulatory environments
- Experience with technologies such as:
- C#/.NET
- Control-M, Tibco, Informatica
- Market data & reporting tools
- Java, Python, C#
- Major databases
- Solid grounding in Agile, program/project management, and production support
- A reputation for exceptional stakeholder influence, technical leadership, and strategic thinking
- Genuine passion for coaching, mentoring, and raising engineering maturity
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Investments, Accounting, or Technology
- Postgraduate business qualification is an advantage
- All qualifications must come from reputable institutions
