This role sits at the heart of product development, translating business needs into clear, actionable requirements that guide design and engineering teams. You will play a key role across the full product lifecycle, from discovery and research through to delivery, testing, and continuous improvement. Working closely with cross-functional stakeholders, you will ensure that every feature delivers measurable value and aligns with strategic goals.

You will contribute to building user-centric solutions by analysing data, engaging stakeholders, and identifying opportunities to improve both product performance and operational efficiency. What Youll Do

• Gather and document business and user requirements, including user stories and acceptance criteria

• Conduct gap analyses and feasibility assessments to support solution design

• Support product discovery through research, user feedback, and market analysis

• Analyse data and customer insights to identify trends, pain points, and opportunities

• Create process flows, wireframes, and journey maps to visualise solutions

• Facilitate workshops, sprint planning sessions, and backlog grooming

• Act as a key liaison between business, product, and technical teams

• Support testing, validation, and post-launch performance monitoring

What You Bring

• Bachelors degree in Business, Information Systems, or a related field

• 5+ years experience in business analysis, product operations, or product support

• Experience within fintech, SaaS, or technology-driven environments

• Strong understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies

• Proficiency in tools such as Jira and Confluence

• Experience with data analysis tools including Excel, SQL, or Google Analytics

• Familiarity with UX principles and wireframing tools such as Figma or Balsamiq

• Strong analytical thinking with the ability to translate complexity into clear requirements
