About the Role

Rosstone is seeking a Warehouse Assistant to join their team in Welkom. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day activities of our warehouse and branch operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate filing and invoicing (SOP008) records
  • Process sales orders, returns, and credit notes
  • Assist with quarterly stock takes and weekly cycle counts
  • Ensure stock control, shelf pricing accuracy, and top-selling product availability
  • Provide excellent customer service, including switchboard and reception duties

Requirements

  • Matric or equivalent NQF qualification
  • Valid Drivers Licence
  • Experience in administration, customer service, sales, and cash handling (stock experience advantageous)
