About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and charismatic Inbound Sales Representative to join our team in South Africa. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth, building strong relationships with clients, and contributing to the success of our FMCG brand.
Key Responsibilities
- Relationship Management: Utilizing a consultative, relationship-based approach to secure orders and build long-term loyalty within an assigned territory.
- Strategic Business Development: Actively identifying and capturing new business opportunities to expand the brand’s footprint.
- Customer Advocacy: Guiding clients through the product portfolio to ensure they select the most effective and suitable options for their unique requirements.
- Market Intelligence: Serving as a vital feedback loop by reporting on competitive landscapes, customer pain points, and potential areas for service innovation.
- Continuous Improvement: Maintaining a high level of expertise regarding industry shifts, advertising trends, and new product developments to ensure a sophisticated sales delivery.

Qualifications
National Senior Certificate (Grade 12) required. Diploma or degree in Sales, Marketing, or Business Management preferred. A valid Driver’s License is also required, as well as a willingness to travel within the assigned Representative Area.
