About the Role
George Multifranchise is seeking an experienced Parts Sales Executive to join our team. We are looking for a highly skilled individual with a passion for automotive parts and extensive knowledge of components and systems. The ideal candidate will be able to build strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and repair garages to generate repeat business.
Key Responsibilities
- Customer Support & Sales: Identify parts required using catalogues and sell parts to customers over the counter, phone, email.
- Order Processing: Prepare quotations, invoices, and picking slips for parts, using systems like Drive.
- Relationship Management: Build relationships with repair garages, customers, panelbeaters and suppliers to generate repeat business.
- Administrative & Technical: Source parts, inspect defective parts for return, and stay updated on technical specifications.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Requirements
- At least 3 years experience in a parts environment
- Solid understanding of Microsoft Office, Microcat
- Strong organisational, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities
- Valid drivers licence
- Grade 12 certificate
